My Echo pacblower has the swivel tube. I just replaced the swivel with a new one. B-4 install, I sprayed some lube in the swivel and it makes all the difference. So slik up the swivels and your arm will thank you.
Oh yea, this tip is NOT for scrubs! If I catch srubs doing this I'll send out the srub police and have your scrub license revoked!
