Help!

I have a customer who has been having alot of work done on there house the yard has been compressed so far down that tree roots can be seen the ground is as hard as can be should i just areeate and ressed or add topsoil then sod or seed?

I would Aerate and topdress the area in question before seeding. If the topdressing is not in the budget you could try a Power Raking and then an Aeration before seeding.

Just remember not to cover the trees root system with more than an inch or two because this could create the rotting of the camber, and weaken the structure.
