The other day I saw a Chevy 3500 Duallie. The guy was a painter and had taken off the bed. In its place was a homemade flat bed of what looked like 2x4 and 3/4" plywood. On the sides were aluminum truck tool boxes. You could still put 4x8 sheets in the back. It looked to me like a great idea. Anybody here ever see a setup like this? What do you think the pros/cons might be. I'm seriously considering doing this.
