So I've decided that for the start of next season I'm going to get everyone some t-shirts and shorts and/or pants to present a little more of a professional appearance. The crew members are getting forest green t-shirts and the leads/foremans are getting white shirts. Both will get khaki shorts and/or pants. I came up with this logo tonight based on a t-shirt I picked up on vacation and was wondering what everyone thought. It would be printed on the front and back of the shirts (small image on front pocket and large image on the back of the shirts).

Thanks... I had that in mind about the white shirts... I just think it sets the leads apart from the crew. Hopefully it won't be that huge of a problem and the price of the shirts won't be too much so they can be replaced a few times each year if they get too stained.

The shirt I based the logo on is grey. I like it but wanted to go with forest green and white to stick with my logo. Shirt colors aside though... What do you guys think of the design?

Looks good. One thing I would delete is the "Since 2003" statement.

I was thinking of doing the uniform thing as well.

Where are you planning on having them printed at?

Carothers... I already have actually. I'm going to replace it with the web address when I get it set up.

King... A local guy is doing them. He's been doing shirts for my fire department and other departments in the area for a while and said he'd give me a good deal when I'm ready to start printing them.

Logo is nice. Same thoughts here on White. USe for you maybe but any physical work will ruin them quick. Light Grey is good tho.

I have got to give you credit! You must be doing something right, you've only been in business for two yrs. and you already have multiple employees and supervisors. Good Job! Stay safe, stay with-it!

It's more luck than anything. :) lol That and hating to work for someone else.

Hopefully in 2006 I'll be lucky enough to add a mini excavator and compact track loader to the fleet. It breaks my heart everytime I rent one.

I did something wrong in my first edit... so...

I actually only have 2 supervisors. My step father is one and a long time friend is another. Both do an awesome job at getting things done right and on time.

Employees range from a minimum of 4 but have had as many as 9. My luck always runs out when I try to add to the ranks usually. A minimum of 4 is usually enough though. That gives me 2 crews and keeps me freed up enough to bid potentials and take care of the other aspects of the game.

Hopefully in 2006 when I look for a mowing crew I'll have the same luck with personnel.

Well, good luck with it. I like to see people with professional attitude do well, too many people just trying to make a dollar out there...

Logo looks good,
I personally would steer clear of the forest green, you get a 85 or 90 degree day in the sun and your guys will be cooking under that dark color, Gray for the crew, white or a very light gray for the leaders. I won't have dark colors anywhere near me in mid summer. JMO
