Toro Residential 21"

We use a few Toro Self Propelled 21" for some light duty work. Their main problem is the aluminum decks--the holes where the adjusters bolt in wear out and the wheels get wobbly. I hate to throw them away, because the engines literally run forever (OHC). Has anyone come up with a way to fix this problem more or less permanently?

How about heli-coils...a real cheap fix.

there are metal plates available from toro that will bolt on in front of the slots to make new ones, get me the model and seriel numbers off your machines and i'll get you the part #
