I was out trying my new xwd2600 dixie out and when I have the blades engaged it seems like they have more power turning when I am sitting in place compared to when I was moving forward by the way the blades sounded. Am i just hearing things or could there be a loss of power problem? I was not cutting any grass when I was moving.

Xplain better-if the rpm's are faling back, then its a power problem-I doubt you have any problem at all, wait til there is grass, give it a try, then see what happens-should be fine if its new.
Josh,
Are you saying that you are seeing an engine bog with blades engaged, and simply going forward on say, a parking lot? There may be a govonor setting that needs adjusting. This engine shouldn't bog until you are cutting A LOT of grass.
