Just stumbled across this when looking up christmas lights...thought everyone would enjoy this. What kind of computer program is used for this?

Cool, but in my quiet neighborhood I am sure the cops would make me shut it down....

That is awesome, I could charge thousands for that here. How do you think they did that, by computer?

have a friend who is a computer programer, and he said it is certain that that it is done by a computer, hes has heard of it, but does not know who writes the progam but he is trying to find out for me.
But that might be the most inpresive christmass light display i have ever seen.

I think Styx said it best:
"Too much time on my (their) hands, too much time...

Quite impressive, but if they lived across the street from me I would feel like shooting something/someone after a couple nights. The old addage would definately apply here, "Too much of a good thing!"

Obviously a fake. Look at the star in the top right corner. It moves around in each frame, and is absent in some frames as well. Still cool, though.

It could be done. I help a band every once in a while with running their light show. The board is programable and and could be set to run in synch with a song. If one had a board like this they could do this pretty handily.

I guess that home owner was forced to take it down do to the amount of traffic going through. There was an accident near that house and the ambulance could not get through. I think its in Cinncinati OH.

The job was done by computer, and the music was broadcast on a radiostation so nobody would be disturbed, it was qued up pretty well.
