Little Wonder/ Kawasaki Question

Hello I have a little wonder push blower. I would guess it is f/ the 1988 to 5/97 years. My question is that I replaced the Kawasaki, FG 300 w/ another kawasaki, FG 300, and the blolt holes don't match up. (I don't have the old motor to compair) Is thier different style Kawaski motors. Sorry to tell you but there is 13 different variations of the FG300 engine.
Which holes is it that doesn't line up ?
