I'm thinking about another Super Z. Wondering if the 26hp liquid cooled are vertical or horizontal and why? Also will all 60in Super Z's have the new deck?
Thanks, Bingo

The 26hp Kawasaki liquid cooled Super Z is a vertical shaft model.
This is done for a few reasons, lower engine mounting = lower center of gravity, ease of install, all of our air cooled models are vertical shaft also and no mule drives, gearboxes or drive shafts to worry about.
60" model XR-7's are not being built yet, they will be available in a couple months, even then you have to wait till the distribution channel and dealers have them in stock to sell them, there is quite a demand for them already and we have not built them yet...lol...lol...
66" XR-7 models are being produced as I type this.

PJ,
I'm looking to buy a 28/60" XR-7 Super Z in March, do I need to get my order in now to have it by mid-March. Or is this pushing the time frame a bit.

We are going to start producing XR-7 60" models in January.
There is a very large amount already on order.
Talk to your dealer, have him check with his distributor and check the availability dates for your area.
It wouldn't hurt to pre-order it with your dealer, just to be safe.
