You may have heard the term "rainmaker" before...in relation to business, especially "small" business, it is the owner's responsibility to be the rainmaker - the person who brings new opportunities, new customers, and new revenue to the company. This means at all times you need to be developing options - creating possibilities and making things happen. If you sit back and let, or even worse, hope that new opportunities and possibilities will "faill in your lap", you won't be a "rainmaker" but you will get "rained on".

As a small or big business owner, representative, or sales associate it is your responsability to make it happen - make it rain.
We, as small business owners, are responsable to bring in the dollar values in our customers. We are responsable to gain, retain and obtain through referrals more customers. We are responsible 100% of time to maintain or exceed customer's expectations. We are the image of our companies when selling the services and products; therefore, everything we do or say must be geared towards rainmaking.
As if we were indian wizards making rain fall from the sky to grow and harvest the plantation; today, we are the wizards of our companies making rain in order to harvest the best of our customers everyday.
