Better Outdoor Products has a new mower built in North Carolina, USA. They'd like it field tested for publication in TURF sometime soon.

They are in Advance, NC, about 20 miles from Winston-Salem. They've asked me to find an LCO located reasonably close. Any takers?

Use it for a week or two. Write up a brief report on how it works ... maybe get some pictures? We'll pay (not the manufacturer).

Sounds good but most of my yards are going dormant or they arent growing enough now too give a good accurate report. THere are a bunch of guys in that area that are members, some one should jump at that chance

Better is a new brand of mower? Do you mean a new model? And why are the specs listed for the "old" 2005?

Whatever, I'd like to test it but likely for leafing right now.

Very nice article. Were there any negatives things about this machine? How much did you use it? Did you try mulching with it? How good does the single hydro REALLY work?

that pretty much covers the questions i had.....but i really liked the article you wrote for TURF, they seem like nice mowers and I have only heard good things about them,

Sorry Dave that I haven't seen this sooner but I have been under the weather and in the hospital. Anyway, I promise you this is a VERY NICE mower and well worth the money. We put quite a few hours on it and there are no negs in my mind and the single hydro works nicely. Also it is lighter and much easier to use than our other 36" WB's. If you need a 36" Wb you can't go wrong with the Quick 36.:cool2:
