North Mrytle Beach SC, Winter Jobs?

Anyone from this area or near the OBX of SC/NC? It looks I might be relocating to this area and not being a native, I assume my snowplow business in the winter will be shot. So what do you guys do in the winter? Hardscapes? Do you still mow occasionally? Thanks for any input.

Anyone in LawnSite live in the North Myrtle Beach SC area? A counter offer came this evening making a move even more probable, but I really would love to here how guys make a living year round in what I would call a middle zone. I imagine the grass dies out and stops growing but does the ground freeze? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :help:

I use to live there many many years ago... Year round work is there... They seed rye grass in the winter and then you have leaf clean-up.... Good luck
