How do I start to do this......:help:
Go to the county clerk in the county in which you live - file a DBA. a Doing Business As.
Then follow what ever else in the way of compliance directives the clerk states is necessary.

If I recall, it cost me $9.50.
And Bohiaa, do yourself a big favor; do a search for posts by SWD, and read as much as you can. He is a very valued and respected member here with great insight on business as well as turf issues.

Just go to your county clerk's office. They will type your chosen name into the computer and see if there is a duplicate in the same county. If not, the name is yours. I think it's good for 10 years.:cool:
