Paint?

When did Hustler start powder coating their products? I'm looking at a used Super Z. It was originally purchased in April 2005 and is an 05' model with 125 hours on it. I've only seen pictures but there appears to be a lot of paint chipping on the front of the deck and the front wheel casters. Is this normal?

I tend to believe that the unit may have been produced prior to our powder coat paint system implementation.
Get me the serial # and I can verify this for you.
