turf teq power broom questions

has anyone used a walk behind power broom like the turf teq? looks like a walk behind "harley rake". good or bad? considering buying one this spring. anybody know of similar product? thanks!

Let me know if you find anything out that thing looks awsome. We are looking for a cheap way to grade new yards, or cheaper than a full size bobcat and soil conditioner. I know that they are very expensive about 3,000 or 4,000.
