I was impressed with the beutiful grass in this area on a recent visit.
With friends and a girlfriend in Portland, I really want to move there! Is this a good lawn care BUSINESS area?
I love to mow large props, howver seems like most people have so little land, and the traffic congestion is horrendous on the I84 and I5 corridors.
Additonally, I noticed real estate is rather pricey and it may be quite costly to buy/build a shop, etc.
Anyone here in this area, is lawn care a good business in the Portland area?
