I am sitting here closing out my lawn care contracts and have been working on a letter to send to my customers ( & holidays cards). Let me know what you guys think. Thanks ;) :blob3:



To my Valued Customer,

The 2005 season has come to a close and I am writing you this letter to express my appreciation for your business. I hope you were more then satisfied with my performance this year. If you need any last minute service ( addíl leaf removal, gutter cleaning, snow plowing, or any other handyman service), please donít hesitate to call.
In 2006 I am adding NEW service(s) to my company which I hope will be beneficial to you as a customer. I will be sending out a company news letter in March to welcome you back and explain these services in detail. Until then, I hope you and your family will have a safe and happy winter.

so i'm only suggesting that it might be "more than satisfied" not "more then satisfied".

run a grammar/grammer (see, i told you i wasn't an English expert) check on it first.

When I read this it sounds like your service was "real bad" the year before and that you are basically asking for their forgiveness.

I suggest the following changes.

To my Valued Customer,


The 2005 season has come to a close and we appreciate the trust you have bestowed upon my company by engaging our services on your property this season.

It is our desire to provide a high quality service and improve on it each season. This past season we implemented new management techniques that improved the quality of service over the prior year. In the 2006 season we are working on plans to provide additional improvements.

Your input is a valued contribution to our efforts to exceed your expectations and maintain the relationship we have begun to develop.

Currently, we are offering the following late season services:
Late season leaf removal
Gutter cleaning
Snow plowing
Handyman services

Please contact us about any of these services or others you may need during the winter months.

For the 2006 season we have added NEW services which are based on the input of our clients that will be beneficial to you as our customer.

In our March (Welcome Back) Newsletter these services will be detailed. Until then, I hope you and your family will have a safe and happy winter.

Anyway, the above is worth every penny you just paid. Take it for what its worth.

JMO, but I would not send anything out "with" Christmas cards. Let business be business and send letters out after the first of the year, and let Christmas be Christmas and send cards by themselves with your warm wishes.

I was finishing up on my holiday cards and season letter at the same time but I am not sending them out together. Letter will be mail today and the holiday cards will be mailed out later in the week

This letter sounds great to me ( not sure how you assumed I was asking for forgivness with my letter) but your letter sounds for more of a busuness with 40+ workers. many trucks, and so on. I am a company of one( only 3 year in business). Next year in my growth I will be hiring more people and purchasing more equipment. Thank you for the tip and I will keep it as a reference for the future

Ummm, I think pretty much anything with www.xxxxxxx.com will get ya to a porn site. Gonna go out on a limb here and guess the xxxxxxxx is geing used by natural as a general filler you know like my phone # is xxx-xxx-xxxx
