Just wanted to know how most you address your Christmas cards....either hand write them out or use labels/printer? I remember reading in a thread last year that someone thought if you hand wrote your return address and target address that it was less professional than labels. I always thought hand written was better....more personal.

Handwrite. Adds a personal touch I guess.

I agree with the personal touch. Especially sign them. Well I sign the Christmas cards but not the invoices.

If your client base is large, you will need to use a mail merge program and print them using labels.

I use window envelopes for invoicing and hand write all Christmas or well wishing cards, I think it lets the customer know you put a personal interest into sending it to them.

I design the envelopes on the computer, using nice font and colors and some Christmas art.

Last year I hand-wrote all the cards. I'm not going to send any cards out this year...I really just don't feel like doing it

I use the computer to do it all... If you saw my handwriting you would know why... LOL

Well I just decided, I am going to use labes this year....just for ease. I orded some from Cards Direct with a few personal words and the name of my business printed in gold foil text. I will personally sign the cards with another small "thank you", but the heck to writing all those addresses out this year. Thanks for all the input.

I label everything all the time. Writing out 100+ envelopes is a pita.
