I need a little help here guy's. This will be my FIRST job of this kind. I did it to my lawn, but I'm not sure what to charge a customer.

Aerate,de-thatch,and overseed a 8100sq.ft. lawn. I know others on here have lost money by underbidding. I don't want to gauge the customer, on the other hand I don't want to take a loss on the job either.

Thanks for your help on this.

The wealthy would charge for this according to national averages as follows:

Aeration ($15/m sf):$121.50
Power Raking -one direction incl. debris removal ($35/m sf):$283.50
Power Raking -two directions incl. debris removal ($45/m sf):$364.50
Over Seeding -incl. seed/fert/lime/aeration($72/m sf):$583.20

If you want to be a scrub like me own your own equipment and charge a sesnsible figure then you could charge the client as follows:
AERTATION:$72.00
POWER RAKING:$145.00
OVER SEEDING:$192.00

Good Luck this season!
