Counting your trucks , trailers and equipment .How much money have you invested in your business?
Do you insure total value or partial value ?
I am solo right now and have about 24K invested. All of which is insured. 9K of which is my truck the rest is equipment.

Well, I ain't no accountant or anything like that but I make more in a year than my total outlay for everything, truck included. I said make, not profit.
I don't know if that's good or bad or indifferent or if it even matters, all I know is the shick is still hard to pay for and maintain on top of feeding your family, dogs, cats and trying to keep up with sex!
Please tell me the meaning of life!

I am going to keep numbers out of this question in case my wife ever comes to the site. Every time I am talking about what I want to spend on equipment my wife says " I don't want to know" If I lay the grand total out there, I might give her a heart attack.

Blood, sweat, more blood, tears, plus too much money to turn back now and the TAX MAN still wants to crawl up your back side for his piece. This time of year is like Christmas in reverse, makes you want to tell Santa (tax man) Claus where to stick his candy cane. Maybe if enough people got together we could make Christmas on April 15th and have the government give us back all the money it has wasted over the last year. (nah, that would be to many forms to fill out)
