what do you guys write on your christmas cards?? (if you send them out that is....) I got a lot of blank space to fill. A quick response would be good, I have to get them in the mail by noon!

There is no better time than now to say, "Thank you for letting us be of service this year". Wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Holiday Season.

You've got lots of time, just take them to the downtown post office and drop them in the box there. thats the main sort point, you could get them there friday at noon and 90+% of them will deliver on saturday.

Yep, this is what I put on them. Showing a little appreciation for their business as well as wishing them well during the Christmas & New Year holidays is a very good idea IMO.

Wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Holiday Season. This is exactly what I had the company that printed my cards said. I had a 4 line limit on what to say and this took up 3 of those lines. Underneath that I had the name of my business. On this particular style of card, after all that was printed along with the orginal message there was no more room to write anything, but my signature. Also, screw being politically correct if you don't want to and write Merry Christmas....I usually do if I have the room.

Ours read:

During this Holiday Season, our thoughts turn
to those who have made our progress
possible this year. It is in this spirit we say....
Thank You and Best Wishes for a
safe and Merry Christmas!

Yep I liked it a lot. Printed cards and printed envelopes cost me about $1 per card with S&H.

Went over very well with customers, lots of them (women anyway) complimented us on them, thought they were "cute"

Scrooge,
Your's went out today. After all the money we spent on the kid's presents I had to take out a loan for the stamp on your card...

I'm a lazy bum, I buy assorted cards from K-mart (tho they are rather nice) and I do nothing more than sign my name as neatly as I can inside each one. Labels get printed for their address and my return, so that's 3 stickers per envelope. I printed out a little "thank you" note for each one that was a 1/4 piece of paper. It had a string of 'holiday' lights on the side and I also invited all to come by my house to view my lights.

Worst thing about the process was LICKING all those crappy envelopes!!!

Nothing says "Merry Christmas" than a piece of paper with saliva all over it!

What a strange thing envelopes are don't ya think? Is there anything else in this world you get with someone elses drool all over it and don't even think twice about??? LOL!

Jason,
You need a damp spong in a little dish, just push the envelope against it to get it wet, the more you do the better it works as the sponge collects glue.
