charge for acre lot

Fairly new to the business and would like to know what people are charging for an acre lot, 3/4 of the lot is an open flat area and the other 1/4 is around the house with a lot of trimming necessary and trees to go around. Have a 48" rider and will be cutting the lawn and trimming. I'm figuring an hour to mow and 20 minutes for trimming/blowing. Thanks for the help in advance!

As for acreage mowing our prices range from $28 an acre to $55 an acre depending on geography, difficulty of the property to be maintained, and travel time.

I just took a 3/4 acre yd with 5 min trimming today for 45
a wk.To me detailed trimming is where the work is.
This doesnt have any of that.just trim the house

On a flat property 45 to 55 sounds ok. I charge 60 to 100 for very hilly sites. Marks Mowing Service
