right out the door all right, he can't give it away. 19HP is underpowered, and the Stihl trimmers/blower are underpowered with HIGH repair/part costs...keep lookin!:waving:

$10,250 looks pretty good. The list on the mowers alone are over that.. so it's almost like getting the handheld stuff free.

I don't see how any of this stuff will help with putting in flower beds or installing a retaining wall.??? You landscaping or mowing?

Looks like a real good set up to me. You might look into getting an edger instead of 2 trimmers if you are going solo. Maybe get the BR 600 blower- more power. one good thing about having the 52 & 36 is that they use the same blades.

I'm wondering if you have and accounts.

Most of us started out with next to nothing...

no accounts yet, first year in business. Getting our advertising plan together now, and hopefully by march the accounts will roll in.

Thanks for the info Tadams

Yes that sounds like a very fair price for all of that equipment. I do think that the mowers that you listed are Turf Tracer HP's and not true Turf Tracers. But still one heck of a deal.

your right they are the HP models..... the true turf tracers are only 52" and 60" cuts, with motors atleast 20hp...thanks for the input!

get setup. We run the turf tracers 48", and we also have several stihl products and no complaints. One of our blowers is close to 4 years old with only minor repairs. Let me know if you have any other questions getting started.

Shoot, i started with a
36 inch belt drive walk behind.
Stihl br400 blower.
Echo 2601.
all for $3000.00

I got it in 1999. and paid it all off in about 3 months... Very good. You can always get bigger equipment but alot of people buy too much too early, get some accounts, and then in june or july buy the 52 inch... my .02 cents..

Being solo you can only use one at a time. but you are getting pretty good prices

I have a business partner, and getting a 36 and 52 will help for what every we may encounter. If i was solo, i would agree with you, but with two of us, the set up were looking into is probably best or us.

my mistake, yes great combo

Best part.. buy 10 sets of blades( they are the same) extra oil filters extra spark plugs etc. keeping it the same makes it easier when you get bigger.

So when i get spark plugs for the back pack blowers and echo trimmers, echo (for me) uses the same plugs, so i just get like 15, no searching for the type of plug etc.

good luck
