First, spend some time getting use to the drive controls (even if it's in the dealers lot) for a measurable amount of time. Each brand has it's own nuances. You will be spending many hours per day with these controls so you had better like them.

Then follow the same advice everyone else suggest on this board, DEMO, DEMO, DEMO. You might have wait for some snow to melt off in Minnesota.
