this past season i took off the muffler to clean out the carbon from the exhaust port and when i took off the screws for muffler the threads from the screw stayed in the head on the motor. whats the best way to get it out or should i buy a new head .

left twist drill bit, it may back out while drilling, if not then use an easyout.

oops, I should read closer, if it is just the threads from the bolt left in the hole, just get out the tap set and use the correct size tap and clean up the threads.

Slightly off topic, but I was wondering if you might recommend a tap and die set. . .

All of mine are craftsman, and they have replaced taps for me when I have broken them:rolleyes: Just like they do for the hand tools
