i already read the manual and it didnt answer my question

I have a 1986 chevy C-10 V6, 131,000 on it. Can i safley pull a enclosed 6-10 or 6-12 enclosed with it, or better off with going with a open trailer. The only benefit to the enclosed is that i could store a toolbox and other things in there and not have to unload everything every night.

if it is a C-10 half ton truck yes, you can pull a 6 x 10 trailer no problem, if it is an S-10 compact truck I wouldn't do it.

its a old school C-10 half ton, ive had over a ton of wet sand on it before, bumper drug the ground al the way home.

We had one back in the summer, we just used it for picking up parts and d*cking around. I wouldn't be afraid to pull a 6X12 with it, you just need some electric braks as those trucks had nothing for brakes. You'll be fine especially if your area doesn't have alot of hills.
