Was reading one of the more nteresting, and at time, entertaining books I own - "TRUMP - The Way To The Top" which is made up of short insights and anecdotes from industry leaders about what has made them successful...
Here's a funny one...but still a good message
"My mentor, Gunter Petz, once said: "Half drunk is a waste of money." If you are going to do something, do it right with 100% commitment."
- Leon Dreimann, CEO of Salton, Inc.
The message here is pretty simple in my opinion - you get out what you put in. If you give 50% effort you are going to get 50% results. Once you have made up your mind to do something, do it right, go full tilt so there are no regrets and no chance of you some day looking back saying.... "shoulda, woulda, coulda"
