EB7000?

Does RedMax make the most powerful backback or what? I am hearing rumors on this site that Echo's new backback is more powerful. Does anyone know the truth? I talked to a Redmax rep at a landscaping show and he said that RedMax was building a more powerful StratoCharged blower for the 2002 season.

Yes, right now the RedMax EB-6200 and 7000 are the most powerful @ 585 cfm's at the pipe. The NEW Echo coming out in (eeks) July is reportedly in the 650 cfm range at the pipe! Look out! More Power!

Key word here....MAX air volume ... AKA....measured at housing. I know because I e-mailed RedMax about it. The #'s I was quoting were at the tube which are considerably less. RedMax said, we all advertise the maximum airflow which is advertised as housing. They are very powerfull, but the NEW Echo's are going to "blow" them away!
