What's it worth?

I was looking at a 98 3500 Chevy dump truck. Everything looks to be in great shape. Diesel, Auto, 90K, 2wd, with 8' straight plow too. What do you think it is worth. I think the asking price will be around 14K. Any help will be appreciated.
