Selling in add on services

I have a good a steady growing mowing buisness, however I am looking for ways to sell in add on services such as seeding , mulching etc. I have sent memos with bills about these services with no real response, any help on how to generate more income with add on services is appreciated.

Since it is established customers that you are targeting, why not send them discount literature Or, Maybe even send them a quote with the bill. If you see them, tell them that you notice something they could use, blah blah, they can't turn you away that fast when you have them in person.

Face to face gets em all the time. "If this were my place a patio would go right there, blah blah"...

I like that bill. lol. In my case, I would simply say, "oh man that tree has to go"
