I was wondering what the best double blade setup is for a mulching? I have a 48"exmark lazer with the mulching kit. Also I mostly cut bermuda.

Exmark mulch blade on top and gator on the bottom. The gator lasts MUCH longer than the mulch blade so put it on the bottom so that it takes most of the cutting and abuse. That is just my opinion though.
