Sorry, but that truck isn't worth anymore then $12,000. For $17,000 you can get a 7.3 TD with less miles. I just paid $13,000 for an 01 with a 7.3 TD, and it has 77k on it. Its fully loaded as well.

You got a steal on yours, I looked at an '02 Lariat Dually 7.3 with 99k and the price was $25k. Looked at another '01 SRW XLT F-350 with 75k and it was listed for $27k, consider your self lucky.

$17,000 is a decent deal, not a steal but just somewhere in the middle of the road. That canopy is worth about $1500 and the plow has to be worth at least $4K so that sounds like a good deal given all of the extras.
