QB Pro is a business tool ... n that's it

What type of business has little too due with it .... the only exception is the complexity in ones billing due to large volumes of income ....

ie a multiple million dollar company would have a staff & more than likely a custom billing system as well as custom spread sheets to perform budgeting, track cash flow & get to the bottom line .... they would have an HR staff performing employee related task such as payroll & taxes

QB can do all this at an affordable level fore most business endeavors ... it is very practical ....the biggest obstacle is many users don't understand the full aspects of the program and don't use many of it's features

I still have a CPA perform my quarterly and yearly taxes ....but I use QB to perform my payroll, invoicing, banking and than the number crunching aspects ..... at first I knew little of the program ... read some books ....went to my CPA n had her show me some basic stuff n than learned alot on my own ....when I was stuck I could call her or one of the other's in her office n get some quick help over the phone

Ssoo Yes get QB and look into a QB qualified CPA

Good Luck

PS .... I got my recent copy on eBay ...QB Pro 2005 fore less than $200 which is a great price .... New & sealed

Quickbooks Pro would be just fine for your hardscape company. Just Got my 2006 copy from Sams Club for $149.00 plus sales tax. I like the new interface even better than the old one.

Got QB Pro 2006 at Costco for $ 148.00 and mailed in the $ 80.00 rebate from Intuit. Could not pass up this deal. Upgraded from QB 2001 Basic.
