I know that going to EXPO in Kentucky this year is a business expense write off. My Question is can we write off the disorderly conduct fines Jan and I received in downtown Louisville, or would we have had to been actually written up at the EXPO grounds? PR:drinkup:

I dont think so, but you can write off the intoxicating substance that got you the disorderly conduct.

If you are incorprated, you can write the whole trip off as a stockholders meeting. Just keep minutes of the meeting even if it happen in lockup:drinkup: :drinkup:

technically, I believe you can write it off. If I recall correctly, you can write off tickets, so I dont see why you cant do the same with this one. Check with your CPA for certain
