Truck title

I just started my company and am going to use my the truck that i have now. Do i need to have it titled in the company name to have it as a tax rightoff, being i still owe money on it, or does it matter who the truck is titled to? Thankspayup

No it doesn't unless you are incorporated, and even then there are ways around it. Remember though to make it 100% deductable you must have another vehicle also as you can't use the truck for personal use and business use and still take a full deduction.
