im doing a project on landscaping i want a good website that will tell me the history of it. i also need to ask people quistions but ill think of that later i just want a website so i can take notes.

Try a Google search for Frederick Law olmstead. He and his successors in what may be the first landscape architecture firm in the country designed such notable parks as Central Park in NY, the Biltmore estate and the parks and parkways around the lakes in my hometown, Madison WI.
