Property Lines

Has any one had a problem with property lines?<p> Today I was doing a yard and the guy next door was cutting his yard at the same time. Two weeks ago I trimmed up a tree and a bush that is on his property but the limbs hang over the yard that I do.I Did not cut over the property line. When crossing the road I seen the man looking at the tree and shake his head, look at me and call me an a@#hole. Maybe it was just me, then again maybe not! <p>Whats the laws where yall live at? I think in some places if its on your side you have the right to cut it!<br>
