I will be working in the mid west this year and would like to know all services provided in a spring clean-up? Feel free to elaborate! I want to make sure I have everything covered. Thank you!!

Sping clean-up for us is bed renovation, left over leaf removal, trimming hedges, clearing sticks and trash and then regular mowing, etc.

For me, Spring Clean ups remove the debris left from Fall and that which the winter brought into the yard and beds. Edging, mulching, shrub trimming, etc are all add ons at the customer's request.

I find that doing it this way gives the customer a sense that they have more control over what they are spending.........

What are people charging for spring clean ups. Wow, broad question I know but still, any idea where to start?

That's what I do. I said 50 pmh and that's my number. I never tell the customers how much per hour, instead I estimate how long the job will take and plug in the numbers and bid by the job.

We charge by the entire job (although it is based on the number of hours we spend there). Minimum $100.00.
