bring in employees

Hello,

Those who have employees, How did you get that started? Just hired by the hour during the growing season, or hourly year-round, or how?

I am expansing this year and tring to pull myself out of the labor part and focus on business. Just unclear how to go about it, to get good workers but provide a good job for them.
