Drive on or back on

When laoding skid steers, do you guys drive them on the trailer or back them on?

On my 18ft I drive on and balance the trailer. This leaves room for attachments up front.

Usually back it on, to balance the load better, keep more weight up towards the front.

back on if you have steep ramps.or loading up hill.
