I'm looking to sell my Lawn Care business in Louisville, KY in order to get more liquid assets to start another business.
I did this part time with 2 part time employees.
Last years gross was $78k. I can share all documented income.
Buisness has had steady growth of more than 100% every year for the last 3 years.
Recognize company name.
Marketing plan, website, and advertising already in place.
Equipement: Truck, Trailer, ZTR, Seeders, Aerators, Spreaders, Etc....
Septembers '05 Gross income was over $24k for the month.
Current customers:
Mowing ~ 75 customers
Weed Control ~ 75 customers
Very loyal customer base
This can easily grow to $150+ gross by spring by distributing my 10,000 postcards which I have already purchased for 2006. I just don't have the time.
Price is negotiable.
