Well, I made it another year, I'm 38 now! Ya'll wish me a happy birthday cause this is the last one for me, ain't countin' no more. I have 2 more years and then its retirement for me(ya right), I'm gonna find me a place on the a lake somewhere and cruise around on my new boat(ya right) and watch the sunsets. Maybe I'll find some killer accounts between now and then, or maybe some really good help that can run the business for me while I do nothing all day. What do ya think about that idea? Sounds good to me, but its late and I must be getting stupid in my old age.
Homer

Happy B Day...
If you retire in twelve more years you can buy a larger boat, on a bigger lake. Plus it gives you more time to find the killer accounts. Enjoy your day.

I have 2 Choppers, 1 50" Flatlander, 1 72" City Slicker, and a 48" Scag Super Z. Some will call the Scag "orange junk" but it has been a good machine and I added a Trac-Vac unit on it a couple months ago and made it a dedicated bagger. Makes a pretty cut with the bagger going.
Homer

Happy birthday,Homer.
38? A few more years and you'll be hiding
your own easter eggs. :) Or playing cards
with Elvis.:) Anyway have a good one!
Karl
38 is no big deal and besides your doing what you love - right? Think about those 38 year olds whose pains come from the internal stresses of thier mundane lives. I,ll take an inch and a half river rock off the trimmer in the shin any day!!

Happy Birthday Homer.
And to celebrate, I went out and bought myself a new Olympus digital camera. Been wanting one for awhile now, but needed an occasion to justify to the boss for buying it. :)
Jim

It's trying to get green, all the rain seems to keep moving around us or we just get a mist off of the good stuff! As for the money green, I don't know if there would be much difference, if it is let me know and I'll come see ya!
Homer
Homer

I found this old post. I am just curious to see how things have changed over the last 10 years on LS. By this time you should be about 48. Are you retired like you had planned? Give us an update if you could.
