need some maintenance help

I work for a landscape design firm in the Dallas area - we have not done maintenance before. We have finished a large residential installation and would like to maintain that property - it's in our best interests as well as the client's. What I need is this: suggestions on where to find a landscape maintenance schedule (daily chart of tasks for turf and planted beds- something I could modify for our crew). Any websites, publications, etc.

I don't know about daily but Western Sod has a seasonal maintence guide that I think is still on their website.
