High lifts or Raptors in the spring

Is it better to use standard high lifts on a 36" toro wb w/ mulch kit in spring (high length ,wetter conditions)than using raptors. All input appreciated.

Standard high lifts didn't do so well on my exmarks mulch kit this past year, im going to try magnum gators this year.

Was leveling my deck the other day and put the standard high lifts back on for more accurate readings. While they were on I figured I would mow with them + mulch kit. Results are in and although they have ~10X the lift of the mulchers, they dont cut much better nor do clippings get chopped well.
