View Full Version : Placing flyers on windshields.
Have you ever tried placing flyers on automobile windshields at senior centres, local shopping malls, train stations, garden centres etc?. It seems like a great way to distribute alot of flyers quickly but I'm worried about appearing unprofessional, amongst other things. What's your opinion?

I personally wouldn't recommend putting fliers on peoples cars. I know I have in the past come out of a shopping center and had a flier on my car. I would just toss it on the ground.
To me it is a lazy way to advertise, and I don't consider it a serious way to advertise.

Alot of shopping malls prohibit this and they post signs regarding this...
I wouldn't do it. Most likely you'll get a call from the shopping center complaining about all your flyer blowing all over.

"Hey man! You scratched my car! What's your deal!" I can hear it and see the liability already. I don't know about you, but some of the vehicles I own and drive, I don't appreciate people even getting too close to them, let ALONE touching them. And I MEAN that!

No way, just think how pissed you get when you find one on your car.

Flyers are a great way to TARGET potential customers, don't waste your time and energy on the wide range of shoppers you know nothing about.

I don't think that is legal. Besides I know that when I have a flier on my car, I toss it before I read it. But, if the flier is at my home, I read it.
