Do you have a policy on your hardscapes; walls (pre cast and natural dry stacked), and paver patios and walkways. I just had a new batch of invoices printed for the season and had a 1 year warranty clause put in this year. Is this standard or too short? There is a company I know that put a wall in 6 years ago and part of it fell down. The homeowners are trying to get him to rebuild it at his expense.

some states require a minimum warranty, AZ being 2 years.

Weather we warranty or not, our state statute is 10 years. Irrigation is one year. We list 5 full years, because the average Californian stays in their home 3.3 years, which is stupid because of the rate of inflation and proposition 13 you get double doinked every time you buy a more expensive home.

I have worked for companies that gave anywhere from 1 yr to lifetime warranties on their walls

We offer a 5 year on all hardscaping with some exclusions. On dry stack walls and natural stone stuff I only offer 1 year.
