Nice set up but I bet that Jeep drinks the Gas. I had one and it got 8 miles per gallon on a good day

I'm glad everyone likes it, the jeep is my EVERYDAY truck not just a work truck, so I made it look nice so I'd enjoy it going to school and other places...i'm not quite sure what a farmers tan is but doesn't sound like a compliment, haha...the gas mileage is not the best and w/ the aftermarket stuff i did to it didn't help it any i know that much! and that is what i work in it gets to hot for a shirt and no one runs me off for not wearing one, and jeans well that's crazy for me, i'd die of a heat stroke...not to mention i'd be REALLY white on my legs when i go to the beech =)

not bad.. I am the same way down here in Louisiana..I wear shorts only..also it is bad enough that my motor is right in front of me on my Shortcutt (only bad feature) Farmer tan = tan lines...i think we all have them.. also is that rack you have the caddy rak? if so I have the exact same set up..I see your water cooler up there..looks like a good idea when they designed that set up however wait til you are going down the road and the brackets let loose..ever see a 5 gallon igloo water jug explode? lol it is a site..I was lucky I didn't take out someones windshield..any way becareful with that..good luck

Ditto on the water cooler. Mine let loose on me last year. Luckily the cooler landed in the trailer. Had to re-weld the thing. It's the only feature of my gear caddy I don't like. It's definitely not strong enough for a 5 gallon cooler full of water.

A "farmer's tan" is a tan where one has worn a shirt and long shorts when working outside displaying a big difference in color when the shirt is off and shorter shorts are worn. I hope that made sense.

Almost time for a larger trailer, but it all looks like it fits.

No matter what the heat, I would wear a shirt. I'm not too far from you, so I understand the heat. If I was a mgr of a commercial property I wouldn't like someone without a shirt on working there. Its his image your projecting.

With that said, everything else is cool.
Good luck.

I wear the we chapps leg chaps when I weedeat. Lets me wear shorts on all my jobs. Way too hot to wear jeans or long pants. I look like a fool for a few minutes on each property, but I stay a lot cooler and more comfortable through the day!!

been there and done that when i lived down south. 3 years. Ever had a syringe or a piece of glass go into or nearly miss your bare leg? (SIGH) the good ol days of section 8 housing mowing. You get used to the regular stuff hitting your leg. Sand and the such become common place and soon you dont even realize you were just hit and are bleeding. Pine Cones are the worst though. Up here in the NW i seem to have a fondness developing with them. They seem to find my face atleast once a week. Hurts like a son of a gun.

I can understand not wearing anything but a pair of shorts and did that myself last year. Well, jeans, but same difference. Over the winter i read alot about uniforms and appearance. i did not realize how much i was hurting my own business. It may be fun for us, but what if others did it? Can you imagine some guy at McDonalds not wearing a shirt? He might need to wear a hair net for his chest. lol. IS that a hair in my burger? LOL. Some people will look at us the same way that we would look at that guy.

Again, not thowing stones here. i did it all last year. Time teaches many things. Too bad the only way to get experience is to get older. lol

Mike, to get the mower sideways like that you have to drive on all the way to the left side of the trailer then take a right turn and get the front right caster in a position so that it stops the mower, meaning that i put the front right caster on the left side of the supports that hold the trailer up, if that makes sence....then you let go of the left brake and push towards the front of the trailer on that handle bar...the tires spins for a sec but it pushes w/ ease, then same thing w/ the other mower...most important part is having a place to wedge that caster in so it doens't take off the trailer on you...

That's a good setup there especially the Scags. Nice guns there too. I used to wear shorts with no shirt
(I'm a TAN, cut, and dry swimmer, RRR) until I got sliced up by debris and the trimmer, and then I went back to long pants and shirts.
