the lesco pull behinds are designed for two different applications. the first is the standard pull behind utilizing a hitch and pin. with this you maually need to put the transport wheels up and down when you are crossing pavement. the second application allows you to remove the tongue and it works as a three-point hitch setup thus eliminating the need to raise and lower the wheels. i use the 60" version in combination with 2 walkbehind aerators to get into the smaller areas. i highly recommend the lesco pullbehind. you can also add weight to it if you feel you need to. can be costly to purchase. see if the store has a demo they are selling.
