Per mow or contract?

I am trying to get some clients on yearly contracts this year, do you guys give a discount for sighning or just use the sum of all services for averege year.

I do mostly contracts but only for the mowing season. I add up all services. divide by 8 and thats the monthly payment.( I also have half billed on the 1st & half billed on the 15th which has worked out great this year). I only give a pre-pay discount.
