Hows my bid ?

I recently bid on a sod job and would like to know how my numbers looked. It is 4500 sqft of St.Augustine. It is not a full replacement but spots in the yard. I have to cut out the old, and remove it. There is not a lot of grading to do. I fiqured 9 pallets of sod at 90 dollars a piece delivered. I bid 1620 dollars. Would just like to know if it sound to high or low.

I charge $175 per 500 sq.ft.

With $810 as your direct costs for the job I would say if you can get the job done in a day without renting any equip. you will do very well. Also figure in dumping fees if you have to remove much existing turf.
